Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant based in Germany. We are seeking an experienced, business-oriented Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to support a Customer Engagement transformation initiative in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable functional solutions. You will lead discovery sessions, assess existing processes, and define how Dynamics 365 can best support business objectives. Working closely with German-speaking stakeholders, you will facilitate workshops and document requirements and solution designs in German. You will also guide users through testing, validation, and adoption while communicating programme updates in English. This contract opportunity is ideal for a consultant who combines strong functional expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills.
