We are seeking a skilled GCP Security Specialist & Engineer eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon Are you the one? - Hands-on Experience: Proven track record in GCP Data Engineering and/or Cloud Engineering with a strong security mindset and practical experience in hardening production GCP environments. - Security & IAM: Solid knowledge of GCP IAM, Roles, Service Accounts hardening, Organization Policies, Security Policies, Cloud KMS/CMEK, and VPC Network Security. - Data Services & Analytics: Strong experience with GCP Data Services (especially BigQuery) alongside solid SQL, Linux/Unix scripting, and Data Engineering fundamentals. - Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Terraform, Security Logging/Monitoring, and automated CI/CD deployments on GCP. - Troubleshooting & RCA: Strong ability to perform Root Cause Analysis on security findings and remediate vulnerabilities without impacting production data workloads or costs. Value-Add Skills (Nice-to-Have): - Experience with VPC Service Controls, Security Command Center, Cloud Armor, and Secret Management. - Familiarity with GCP orchestration/pipeline tools (Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, Dataproc) and Event Streaming (Kafka). - Knowledge of PII protection, Data Classification, Container Security (Docker), and FinOps/Cost Optimization.
