Global Software Implementation Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Software Implementation Manager based in United States. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for delivering global LIMS and ELN implementation programs across multiple business areas and international regions. You will lead programs from initial planning and implementation through post-go-live stabilization, ensuring systems deliver measurable business value. The role combines enterprise program management, software implementation, organizational change management, and people leadership. You will establish governance standards, implementation best practices, and scalable deployment processes across a complex global environment. Working closely with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, IT, and software teams, you will align technology initiatives with business and compliance objectives. You will also lead implementation and training teams, drive user adoption, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance expectations. With approximately 50% travel, this opportunity is suited to an experienced implementation leader who thrives in international, regulated, and highly collaborative environments.
