Executive Director of Medical Services

The Executive Director of Medical Services will lead clinical operations across medical and psychiatry services within a dynamic, multistate virtual-care environment. This senior, hands-on leadership role combines direct patient care, clinical team management, operational oversight, and strategic service-line development. You will help ensure safe, timely, high-quality care while maintaining access, continuity, and consistent clinical standards across diverse student populations. Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and cross-functional teams, you will oversee staffing, provider performance, scheduling, supervision, and clinical quality. As a key clinical escalation point, you will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and campus stakeholders to address complex care concerns and support effective decision-making. You will also use operational data and clinical insights to improve efficiency, strengthen care delivery, and guide enhancements to services and technology.
