💼 Hiring: Senior Loan Officer, Sales Lead - Milo 📍 Hybrid - Miami | 🕐 Posted October 2, 2026 | 💰 Base + uncapped commissions + options | 🧑‍💻 Full-time | 🔗 Crypto mortgages / loans Milo is hiring a Senior Loan Officer and Sales Lead to originate crypto mortgages and crypto-backed loans, reporting to the CEO. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Originate and close crypto mortgages and crypto-backed loans, from first call through funding - Match borrowers to a mortgage, a crypto loan, or both, and explain the tradeoffs - Work with AI agents daily and build agents for follow-up, questions, and documents - Hire loan officers as the team grows, work leads fast, and report weekly to the CEO - Hit goals, structure pricing, deliver underwriting-ready files, and build referrals - Follow licensing and compliance rules, and use Claude to automate sales work 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 5+ years as a licensed loan officer, with $25M+ personal annual funded volume - Jumbo and non-agency experience, able to review income, assets, entities, and condos - Fluent in crypto and able to explain crypto-backed lending to high-net-worth borrowers - Working knowledge of TRID, RESPA, ECOA, BSA/AML, and OFAC - Encompass as LOS plus a CRM, and hands-on with Claude or ChatGPT - Outbound leads, including evenings and weekends as needed - Active NMLS license in Florida, clean record, and current SAFE Act CE - Willing to license in AZ, CA, CO, CT, ME, NJ, NC, TN, and TX, fees and study covered 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Fintech or crypto lender experience, mentoring, or AI agent experience - Crypto, wealth, or luxury referrals, foreign nationals, or other state licenses - English, Spanish, and Portuguese, or a personal brand on X or LinkedIn 💡 Perks & Benefits: - Base plus uncapped commissions, a leadership override, and stock options - 4 weeks PTO, 401(k), and medical, dental, and vision with up to $1,000/month covered - Licenses and training paid by Milo, plus a Wynwood office 📩 To apply: Apply: https://jobs.lever.co/milocredit/a0c83996-902c-41cb-9e9e-85930cf7b3a2/apply 🔗 Original post: https://jobs.lever.co/milocredit/a0c83996-902c-41cb-9e9e-85930cf7b3a2 📌 New here?
