You will work as a technology expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the ISKRA Mielec 1960 company. CTO Responsibilities: Setting a vision for how aviation technology will be developed in the ISKRA Mielec 1960 company. Ensuring that technological resources meet the ISKRA Mielec 1960 company short and long-term needs and prospects. Outline the goals for research and development and acting as a mentor to ISKRA Mielec 1960 team members. CTO Requirements: Master's degree in Mechachanical Engineering or related field with specialization in aviation technology. min. 5 years working as mechanical design engineer, min. 5 years working as production engineer min. 5 years of managerial experience.
