Automation QA Lead ( Betting )

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Automation QA Lead (Betting) based in Germany. As an Automation QA Lead, you will take ownership of quality assurance strategy, processes, and automation across the software development lifecycle. You will help shape an AI-first, quality-driven engineering environment within the sports betting and lottery technology space. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with responsibility for automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and quality metrics. You will work closely with development, product, DevOps, and operations teams to embed quality from the earliest stages of delivery. You will also champion Agile and DevOps practices, shift-left testing, and continuous improvement. In addition, you will mentor QA professionals and help establish scalable, reliable testing practices across projects.
