Content Marketer and Technical Writer

The Content Marketer and Technical Writer will create compelling, insight-driven content that translates complex technology into clear business value for decision-makers and technical audiences. You will help strengthen thought leadership in automation, robotic process automation (RPA), AI, and customer experience (CX) transformation. Combining technical understanding with creative storytelling, you will develop content that communicates solutions, demonstrates return on investment, and supports business growth. Your work will span blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website pages, LinkedIn content, and integrated marketing campaigns. Working closely with marketing, sales, product, leadership, and design teams, you will align content with go-to-market strategies and customer needs.
