Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Generative AI Application Engineer to drive the development of next-generation enterprise software using advanced AI-powered coding tools and agentic workflows. In this role, you will leverage Claude Code and generative AI technologies to design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will help modernize legacy systems, accelerate software prototyping, and support strategic decisions about building custom solutions versus adopting commercial SaaS platforms. Working across engineering, product, and business teams, you will translate complex requirements into robust architectures, intuitive user experiences, and reliable production-ready applications. You will also establish reusable development patterns, strengthen engineering standards, and promote the effective adoption of AI-assisted software development across the organization.
