Engineering Manager – Data & AI Platform (m/f/d) 📍 Berlin, Hybrid (1-2x per week on-site) 💰 110K€ - 120K€ Salary + Car 🗣️ English-speaking environment (German is a plus) I'm currently supporting a technology company in Berlin looking for an Engineering Manager to help build and grow its Data & AI Platform team. The role combines hands-on software engineering with technical leadership and people management. You'll shape technical architecture, contribute to engineering decisions and help build reliable, scalable systems while growing the team. I'm interested in speaking with people who have experience in: • Go-Lang — strong hands-on development experience • Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies • Distributed systems and scalable software architecture • Technical leadership, system design and code reviews • Hiring, mentoring and growing engineering teams Experience building and operating complex, production-grade platforms would be a strong advantage.
