What You’ll Do: - Operate and manage enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms in production environments. - Administer and troubleshoot Azure IaaS environments. - Work with AKS, Azure App Services, APIM and Azure Arc/Azure Local. - Manage and support VMware environments, including vCenter, ESXi, vSAN and VxRail. - Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations and changes within controlled maintenance windows. - Minimize downtime and ensure service continuity during critical operations. - Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking and platform-related incidents. - Apply security best practices, including RBAC and least-privilege principles. - Support Windows Server, IIS and SQL Server operations. - Contribute to infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives. - Work with Ansible, Terraform and Azure DevOps CI/CD where applicable. - Participate in 24/7 operational environments, particularly where service availability is business-critical. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in enterprise Infrastructure / Platforms, with real operational responsibility. - 3+ years of hands-on Azure IaaS experience in production environments. - Proven experience supporting critical operations, upgrades and migrations while minimizing downtime. - Hands-on experience with: - Azure IaaS - AKS - App Services - APIM - Azure Arc / Azure Local - VMware vCenter / ESXi / vSAN / VxRail - Strong understanding of infrastructure and cloud operations. - Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and security principles. - Practical experience with Windows Server, IIS and SQL Server operations. - Experience working in 24/7 and business-critical environments, ideally within media, broadcast or events. Certifications - Azure AZ-104 or higher – required/preferred. - VMware VCP – valued. - ITIL certification – valued.
