This hands-on role is based in the Dubai office. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Turn goals and research into a roadmap for each product, covering user, problem, monetisation, and unit economics - Map the journey from first visit to payment and repeat use, and work with growth on drop-off - Run discovery, competitor research, and business analysis, and test assumptions before development - Write PRDs, stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and release scope, and keep whitepapers accurate - Work daily with engineering, design, and QA, and accept releases against the agreed user outcome - Review funnels, cohorts, retention, payment conversion, and repeat revenue for both products - Evaluate AI quality, latency, cost, and human review, and understand wallets and on-chain versus off-chain choices - Bring risks and weak results to leadership with a proposed decision 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - At least five years owning software products from discovery through launch, with regular work alongside developers - A track record in both AI and Web3, with at least one product in each field that reached sustained use or paid adoption - Strong product judgement across value, viability, usability, and feasibility, including two roadmaps - Fluency with analytics, experiments, user interviews, and cohort analysis - Enough technical depth for APIs, data flows, AI systems, and blockchain transactions - Strong spoken and written English, and full-time work from the Dubai office 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Creator monetisation, social products, subscriptions, or marketplaces 📩 To apply: Apply on the LinkedIn vacancy: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4473132466/ 🔗 Original post: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/abhijithkjayan_hiring-jobalert-uaejobs-share-7512522652578820096-l49W/ 📌 New here?
