- Act as the senior React engineering specialist within a cross-functional platform team. - Own front-end solution components from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment and stabilization. - Provide practical guidance on architecture, code quality, reusable patterns and integration with Microsoft cloud services. Key responsibilities - Design and build responsive React applications and reusable component libraries using TypeScript. - Apply modern React patterns including functional components, hooks, state management and modular architecture. - Integrate front ends with REST APIs and Microsoft services using secure authentication and authorization patterns. - Implement automated unit, component and end-to-end tests and support quality gates in CI/CD pipelines. - Optimize applications for accessibility, browser compatibility, performance, observability and maintainability. - Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt and guide sustainable remediation. - Collaborate with UX, architects, backend developers and business stakeholders. - Create concise technical documentation and transfer knowledge to internal developers.
