One owns Simple Trading growth and retention. The other owns professional trading tools and the workspace. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Simple Trading: own European optimization across onboarding, fiat funding, first purchase, buy, sell, swap, portfolio, savings, and withdrawals. - Adapt journeys to local payments, behaviour, and regulation using feedback and funnels. - Own activation, retention, and reactivation via recurring buys, auto-invest, savings plans, and price alerts. - Benchmark Revolut, Bitpanda, Bitvavo, and Trade Republic. Deliver with design, engineering, data, and compliance. No people management. - Professional Trading Tools: own charting, order execution, position and risk monitoring, and workspace customisation. 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - Simple Trading: 7+ years in consumer fintech, crypto, digital banking, brokerage, payments, or investments, with European product experience. - Proven impact on activation, conversion, retention, or AUM.
