Technical Architects Work mode:- Remote Exp:- 11+ years 2 Technical Architects and 2 Solution/Implementation Architects. SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE (Customer Migration & Implementation) - Supplier will independently perform the following tasks in the Next Gen Ariba functional domain: - Lead customer requirements workshops to gather business needs and document current Ariba configurations. - Analyze customer’s current Ariba landscape (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Catalogs). - Perform fit/gap assessments between existing Ariba configuration and Next-Gen Ariba capabilities. - Design target procurement processes and approval flows for the new platform. - Prepare configuration workbooks, migration design documents, mapping templates, and solution specifications. - Guide customers through functional migration, including suppliers, users, roles, catalogs, workflows, and parameters. - Coordinate with engineering resources to validate mapping logic, data transformation, and workflow outputs. - Develop functional test scenarios, UAT scripts, and validation steps for migrated customers. - Support customer testing cycles, including workflow validation, approvals, data reconciliation, and process walkthroughs. - Lead cutover activities, including configuration finalization, customer readiness, and go-live alignment. - Provide functional advisory on Next-Gen Ariba features, changes, and process redesign needs. - Create customer-facing documentation, including solution summaries, migration guides, and training materials.
