We're now looking for a Technical Project Lead who can take ownership of client relationships and project delivery, helping us scale while maintaining the quality and personal service our clients expect. The Role You'll take end-to-end ownership of delivering successful client projects, from understanding business objectives and shaping delivery plans through to managing execution, ensuring quality and achieving results. This is much more than a traditional project coordination role. You'll be accountable for keeping projects on track, ensuring clients are happy with the solutions we deliver, and proactively identifying opportunities to create additional value. You'll act as a trusted partner to our clients, understanding their priorities, guiding them through delivery decisions and building long-term relationships. Internally, you'll lead project execution, working alongside our architects and developers to ensure the right work gets done, to the right standard, at the right time. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of projects, from improving business-critical automation systems to implementing enterprise data platforms and AI-powered solutions. You'll report directly to Brigital's founder and Managing Director, who brings over 10 years of experience leading projects across industries and disciplines, including international programmes valued at up to €250 million. This gives you the opportunity to take substantial ownership while learning directly from an experienced business leader. What You'll Be Doing Own Client Relationships & Results - Take responsibility for client satisfaction, successful project outcomes and the overall quality of our delivery. - Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their business priorities and translating them into practical solutions. - Proactively identify opportunities for improvements, new features and additional business value. - Lead client meetings, manage expectations and confidently communicate progress, challenges and recommendations. - Take ownership of incoming requirements, change requests and operational issues, driving them through to successful resolution. Lead Project Delivery - Own delivery plans, milestones, priorities and project outcomes across multiple engagements. - Lead project execution, coordinating developers, data engineers and solution architects to achieve agreed objectives. - Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks, managing Jira backlogs, sprint planning and priorities. - Anticipate risks, resolve blockers and make sure projects maintain momentum. - Take responsibility for delivery quality, testing, client feedback and successful releases. - Continuously improve project processes to make our delivery more efficient and scalable. Bridge Business & Technology - Work closely with technical architects to translate solution designs into realistic execution plans. - Understand client business challenges and ensure technical work remains aligned with the intended business outcomes. - Help clients navigate technical decisions, balancing requirements, feasibility, timelines and budgets. - Leverage AI tools to accelerate your own work, improve project management and help the team operate more effectively. What We're Looking For Must Have - Proven experience leading software development, IT consulting or technical implementation projects, preferably within a client-facing service business. - Strong project management and delivery skills, with a track record of taking ownership and achieving results. - Confidence managing client relationships, expectations and competing priorities. - Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools, including Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning and backlog management. - A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and development through to testing and deployment. - Strong proficiency with AI tools, with a demonstrated habit of using AI to improve productivity, problem-solving and work quality. - Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both business stakeholders and technical professionals. - Strong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to independently drive multiple projects forward. - Professional fluency in English. Nice to Have - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Power BI, Microsoft Fabric or Azure. - Experience delivering data engineering, business intelligence or automation solutions. - Experience with commercial account management, identifying client opportunities or expanding existing engagements. - Experience managing distributed or remote development teams. - Dutch language skills. You don't need to be a developer or solution architect. What matters is your ability to understand technical delivery, lead projects effectively and take responsibility for the results.
