Founding Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Founding Product Manager based in the United States. This is a unique opportunity to become the first dedicated Product Manager at a fast-growing clean energy technology company transforming how commercial real estate owners adopt solar and battery storage. You will build the product management function from the ground up, defining the roadmap, research practices, and decision-making frameworks that guide product development. Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketplace Operations, and leadership, you will turn complex customer needs into practical, high-impact solutions. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery and prototyping through delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement. With significant autonomy and a strong emphasis on AI-assisted workflows, you will help shape how a modern product team operates. Your work will directly support the expansion of clean energy infrastructure and the decarbonization of commercial buildings.
