Senior Test Engineer

### Requirements: * 5+ years of professional software testing experience with a strong focus on test automation; 10+ years is strongly preferred. * Solid experience writing automated tests in TypeScript across unit, integration, and E2E layers. * Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, Playwright, or Cypress; experience with React Testing Library or similar component testing tools is a plus. * Strong understanding of full-stack web application architecture: React frontends, REST APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL) * Experience integrating and managing test pipelines in CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) * Ability to read and reason about application code to design meaningful, non-trivial test cases. * Exposure to performance or load testing tools is a plus, especially for SaaS platforms or API-heavy products. * Experience testing AI or LLM-powered features, including prompt validation, output consistency, edge cases, and failure modes, is highly valued. ### Soft skills: * Pragmatic and results-oriented, with the ability to balance quality, test coverage, and delivery timelines in a fast-moving environment. * Proactive and solution-oriented, able to identify quality risks early and raise them constructively. * Autonomous and hands-on, comfortable building and improving testing processes, tools, and practices from the ground up. * Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to iterate, refine, and scale quality practices as the product evolves. * Strong sense of ownership, with genuine care for product reliability, user trust, and the impact of quality issues in a compliance-focused environment. * Collaborative and communicative, able to work effectively with engineers, product stakeholders, and domain experts. * English is a must; French or German is a plus.
