Head of Practice – D365 CE & Power Platform | International Technology Consultancy An international technology consultancy is looking for a Head of Practice – D365 CE & Power Platform to lead and develop its Microsoft Business Applications capability. With an established client base and ambitious growth plans, the business is looking for someone who can take ownership of the practice, shape its strategy and drive the next stage of growth. This is a senior leadership role combining practice development, commercial growth, people leadership and technical direction, with the opportunity to influence how D365 CE and Power Platform solutions are positioned and delivered to clients. The role You'll take overall responsibility for the D365 CE and Power Platform practice, working closely with senior leadership, sales and delivery teams to develop the capability and grow its presence across the market. - Own and develop the D365 CE and Power Platform practice strategy, roadmap and growth plans. - Lead, develop and grow a team of consultants, architects and technical specialists. - Work closely with sales and account teams to identify opportunities, develop propositions and win new business. - Build relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on D365 CE and Power Platform. - Provide strategic and technical oversight across client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery. - Develop the practice's capabilities, services and go-to-market propositions. - Establish best practices around architecture, delivery standards and governance. - Manage practice performance, including utilisation, profitability, resource planning and recruitment. - Stay close to the Microsoft ecosystem, identifying opportunities around Power Platform, Copilot and AI-led solutions. About your experience This role would suit someone already leading a D365 CE / Power Platform practice or capability, or a senior consulting leader ready to take ownership of a broader business unit. - Strong experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform ecosystem. - Experience leading and developing consulting teams, practices or business application capabilities. - A track record of contributing to business development, pre-sales and client growth. - Good knowledge of D365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. - An understanding of solution architecture, integration and enterprise delivery. - Experience managing commercial performance, delivery quality and resource planning. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at senior and executive level. - A commercial mindset and the ability to balance practice growth with successful client delivery.
