As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you will help dental and orthodontic professionals successfully adopt and integrate innovative digital orthodontic solutions into their practices. You will guide customers through implementation, assess their readiness, and deliver tailored training to ensure they can confidently use new products and workflows. Working closely with clinicians, practice teams, sales representatives, and internal technical experts, you will support customers from initial onboarding through successful activation. You will play a key role in resolving early adoption challenges, improving product utilization, and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing customer support.
