Senior Associate - Technology Practice

You will own research strategies, lead market mapping initiatives, and conduct first-round executive assessments to identify exceptional leadership talent. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will provide market insights, evaluate candidates, and influence critical hiring decisions. You will manage multiple retained searches simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking, rigorous assessment, and high-quality execution. Beyond search delivery, you will mentor junior colleagues, strengthen team capabilities, and contribute to the development of diverse, high-performing leadership teams.
