Oracle Payroll & HCM Integration Consultant (Freelance)

For a long-term Oracle HCM support service, we are looking for a technically strong Oracle Payroll & HCM Integration Consultant. We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. The role combines functional payroll expertise with technical troubleshooting and integration capabilities. Project setup: - Contract: Freelance - Location: Remote - Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume Tasks - Support for Oracle Payroll - Analysis of complex payroll and integration issues - Root cause analysis - Support with payroll configuration and smaller changes - Fast Formula - HCM Extracts - HDL / HSDL - BI Publisher - Support with Oracle Integration Cloud and external payroll interfaces - Support with releases, testing and hypercare Requirements - Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience - Strong Oracle Payroll expertise - Productive support and troubleshooting experience - Good knowledge of Fast Formula - Experience with HCM Extracts - Experience with HDL/HSDL - Experience with payroll integrations - Very good English skills Nice-to-haves - Oracle Integration Cloud - BI Publisher - ADP GlobalView or other external payroll systems - International payroll landscapes - Core HR Originally posted on Himalayas
