💼 Hiring: Human Resources (HR) Generalist - CleanSpark 📍 On-site - Norcross, Georgia | 🕐 Date not provided | 💰 $65,000 - $80,000 a year | 🧑‍💻 Full-time | 🔗 Corporate HR / Multi-state compliance CleanSpark (Nasdaq: CLSK), a Bitcoin and energy data center developer, is hiring an HR Generalist for day-to-day HR operations and multi-state compliance. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Manage hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, with documentation and compliance. - Act as first contact for questions on policies, benefits, and HR matters. - Administer HRIS entry and reporting for records, benefits, and performance data. - Support full-cycle recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, and offers. - Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new-hire integration. - Support federal, state, and local labor-law compliance and HR policy communication. - Manage compliance training: harassment prevention, safety, and cybersecurity. - Produce HR reports on turnover, headcount, and compliance. - Support engagement, culture, employee relations, and performance documentation. - Join HR projects and process improvements. 🔑 Requirements set by the company: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably multi-state. - Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws; multi-state compliance preferred. - Strong communication, integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to build trust. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS platforms. - Must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle policy.
