The role covers risk, underwriting, diligence, strategy, and select restructuring in digital assets. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Lead operational and financial due diligence on digital asset businesses, counterparties, and transactions. - Build and review models for underwriting, risk, and credit decisions, with limited oversight. - Develop market analysis across protocols, tokens, exchanges, and other participants. - Identify revenue and performance improvement opportunities. - Support strategy, pitches, and restructuring of distressed crypto-native businesses when such work arises. - Own a workstream through client-ready output and coach junior staff. 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 3 to 5 years in banking, consulting, or a corporate analytical role. - BA/BS and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Interest in digital assets, via work or personal involvement. - Independent 3-statement modeling. Strong communication.
