UX/UI Designer III

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX/UI Designer III based in Brazil. We are looking for an experienced, research-driven UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive and impactful experiences for a globally used design application serving professional users worldwide. In this hands-on role, you will lead end-to-end UX design, combining qualitative research, quantitative data, and interaction design to solve complex user problems. You will collaborate with product managers, researchers, data analysts, and engineers within a globally distributed team. Your work will turn user insights and product analytics into actionable design strategies, validated prototypes, and measurable improvements. You will also facilitate collaborative workshops, champion accessibility and inclusive design, and help strengthen research practices across the team.
