Director, AI Learning Experience & Innovation

Our partner is looking for a Director, AI Learning Experience & Innovation based in the United States. The Director, AI Learning Experience & Innovation will lead the design and delivery of innovative, cohort-based learning programs that help education and social-impact leaders turn real-world challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions. This role combines adult learning design, hands-on AI experimentation, program leadership, and strategic stakeholder engagement. You will shape the entire learning journey, coordinate coaches and technical mentors, and ensure that each experience responds to participants’ needs and organizational priorities. Working closely with senior leaders and partner organizations, you will build trusted relationships while navigating complex projects and evolving objectives. As a key contributor to the development of new learning models, you will use participant feedback and implementation insights to continuously improve programs and create reusable resources.
