About the Role
We’re seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a well-established, tight-knit insurance brokerage and risk advisory firm. This role is ideal for someone who brings clarity and organization to complex, fast-moving environments and takes pride in enabling others to do their best work.
You’ll work closely with the CEO to manage communications, coordinate meetings and logistics, and ensure that high-priority initiatives move forward smoothly. This is a high-responsibility role that calls for strong judgment, excellent communication, and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities

Manage complex business and personal calendars

Coordinate international and domestic travel

Serve as a point of contact and manage communications

Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and follow up

Lead or assist with special projects

Track expenses and prepare reports

Maintain organized electronic filing systems

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally

Support occasional personal appointments and logistics
Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience supporting senior executives
-
Based in the Dominican Republic

Strong communicator and fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Experienced with international travel coordination

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed

Proven discretion and sound judgment

Experience working in a remote environment preferred
