Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Bruceton, TN Company: KB Behavioral Health Professionals, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time or Full-Time Location: In-person – Bruceton, TN Pay: $20-$25 per hour Finni is looking for a Full-time BT/RBT! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones. - Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting and community - Collect and record data on child behaviors - Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst - Attend team meetings What We Offer - Competitive pay and paid training - Career Growth & flexible hours - PTO and Sick Days - Mileage reimbursement What You'll Need - Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field - Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs - Reliable Transportation - Must have an active CPR Certification - Must be willing to become RBT certified within specific time frame Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time - Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time Who We Are At Finni Health Finni Health empowers BCBAs to launch local in-home ABA clinics.
