Accounting Manager - Experience managing overseas team preferred

Our partner is looking for an Accounting Manager – Experience Managing Overseas Teams Preferred based in the United States. As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee core accounting operations and financial reporting for a growing, multi-site clinical research organization. Reporting to the Controller, you will lead month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable operations, and audit preparation while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal control standards. You will play a key role in managing outsourced and offshore accounting resources, coordinating workflows, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and accountability. Working closely with finance leaders, operational stakeholders, auditors, and external service providers, you will help strengthen financial processes and support informed business decisions. You will also contribute to acquisitions, system implementations, automation initiatives, and scalable accounting practices as the organization expands.
