Vice President, Medical Affairs

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Medical Affairs based in Canada. The Vice President, Medical Affairs will provide executive leadership across Medical Monitoring and Pharmacovigilance within a growing global clinical research environment. This strategic role combines medical oversight, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and business performance to support high-quality clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. You will shape the long-term vision for both functions while overseeing budgets, revenue targets, operational delivery, and organizational growth. Working closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external sponsors, you will strengthen scientific excellence and build trusted client relationships. You will lead a multidisciplinary international team, develop future leaders, and ensure medical and safety standards evolve alongside expanding geographic operations. The role also offers a strong commercial dimension, with direct involvement in business development, strategic proposals, and client presentations.
