Director, Institutional Investor Relations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Institutional Investor Relations based in Canada. As Director, Institutional Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm's institutional investor network and driving capital formation across Canada. You will develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting pension funds, university endowments, foundations, and other sophisticated institutional investors. Working closely with senior leadership and investment professionals, you will leverage established relationships and cultivate new partnerships to secure commitments for private market funds and select investment vehicles. You will manage the entire fundraising lifecycle, from prospecting and investor engagement to due diligence, negotiations, and closing. This senior individual contributor role offers significant autonomy, strategic influence, and the opportunity to represent differentiated late-stage private technology investment opportunities.
