Director, Data Engineering & Platform

The Director, Data Engineering & Platform will lead the execution of enterprise data engineering and platform strategy across a complex, highly regulated organization. This senior leadership role translates strategic direction into operating models, modernization roadmaps, engineering governance, and measurable business outcomes. You will oversee multiple engineering organizations spanning data engineering, platform engineering, data integration, and data operations. The role combines organizational leadership with technology execution, financial stewardship, vendor management, and enterprise partnership. You will drive secure, scalable, resilient, cost-effective data capabilities supporting AI enablement, interoperability, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with technology, business, clinical, analytics, security, and governance leaders, you will shape long-term platform evolution and operational excellence.
