Operations Manager, Product Implementation

Our partner is looking for an Operations Manager, Product Implementation based in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations leader to drive product implementation within a growing digital health environment. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering seamless product launches and operational changes across a broad provider network and client base. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Design, and Business teams, you will translate clinical priorities and business objectives into scalable implementation strategies. You will strengthen launch processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and ensure new features are introduced efficiently and reliably. The role combines people leadership, strategic planning, change management, and technical coordination. Your work will directly support healthcare professionals in navigating evolving technology and delivering high-quality patient care.
