Manager - S&BT

You will work closely with senior technology leaders to shape strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps. The position combines client advisory, analytical problem-solving, project leadership, and people management. You will collaborate with global consulting teams while guiding consultants and senior consultants based in India. The role provides exposure to complex transformation initiatives spanning digital strategy, IT operations, sourcing, governance, and organizational change. You will be expected to translate complex challenges into practical recommendations and support clients through implementation and continuous improvement.
