Sr. Manager, Digital Quality Excellence

This is a strategic leadership role focused on transforming quality through digital capabilities, analytics, AI, and data-driven decision-making. You will define enterprise digital quality strategy and governance while strengthening regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The role bridges Quality, Regulatory, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable digital solutions across a complex global environment. You will lead the adoption of advanced analytics and AI-enabled capabilities to improve quality intelligence, audit readiness, CAPA effectiveness, and risk management. As a subject matter expert, you will also guide AI/ML and Software as a Medical Device quality and regulatory strategies across the product lifecycle. The position combines enterprise-level leadership, emerging technology, regulatory expertise, and organizational change management. You will have the opportunity to shape how digital and AI capabilities support quality performance within a highly regulated industry.
