The Role • Lead an international team of developers, QA, and DevOps engineers through agile development processes, focusing on modern cloud and AI technologies. • Drive employee development, define recruiting standards, and foster skills in frontend, DevOps, cloud, and AI. • Scale agile processes, structure teams for independent delivery, and integrate international colleagues into a unified cloud and DevOps structure. • Coordinate and implement technical requirements within a modern cloud environment, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems. What You'll Need • Proven experience leading Scrum development teams and managing international teams in a DevOps and cloud environment. • Experience in desktop and web development, ideally with responsive UI, modern frameworks, and cloud service integration. • In-depth knowledge of relevant programming languages, DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers), and cloud platforms. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities in German and English.
