Service Delivery Automation Analyst

As a Service Delivery Automation Analyst, you will transform complex operational processes into reliable, efficient, and scalable automated workflows. You will work at the intersection of operations, data, and technology, helping improve the accuracy and predictability of payroll processes across multiple countries. Through hands-on automation, process analysis, and practical AI applications, you will reduce repetitive work and prevent errors before they affect payroll. You will take ownership of defined automation projects from initial discovery and solution development through testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Working closely with payroll specialists, operations teams, Product, Engineering, and Data, you will turn business needs into effective technical solutions. This role offers an opportunity to apply tools such as n8n, Alteryx, SQL, APIs, and large language models to real-world operational challenges.
