Product Manager, Interoperability

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, Interoperability based in the United States. This is a senior product opportunity focused on shaping the future of healthcare interoperability and data exchange. You will own meaningful areas of an interoperability portfolio spanning APIs, data platforms, portals, identity, consent, and regulatory capabilities. The role sits at the intersection of healthcare regulation, payer operations, clinical and claims data, and modern technology standards. You will translate evolving CMS requirements and HL7 FHIR standards into scalable products that health plans can rely on. Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Delivery, Client Success, and commercial teams, you will turn complex requirements into clear product decisions. You will also help strengthen analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that create additional value from connected healthcare data. As your scope grows, you will have the opportunity to shape roadmaps, influence strategy, and become a key product authority across the interoperability portfolio.
