Developer Community Lead (6 Month Contract)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Community Lead based in Canada. This role is focused on building and growing a vibrant community of developers, researchers, and early adopters working at the forefront of AI. You’ll shape the strategy for engaging technical users and create spaces where builders can connect, exchange ideas, and share what they are creating. From Discord and forums to meetups, hackathons, office hours, and livestreams, you’ll create experiences that deepen engagement and expand reach. You’ll also develop an ambassador program and establish scalable systems that make community operations more efficient as the ecosystem grows. Working closely with technical and marketing teams, you’ll turn community conversations and feedback into actionable insights and opportunities. The role combines community building, event leadership, operations, relationship management, and genuine curiosity about emerging technology.
