SummitNext is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and provide administrative and operational support. This is a remote internship where you will work closely with the HR team on daily HR activities, including employee documentation, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave administration. It is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a BPO environment. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Administration - Assist with maintaining and updating digital employee records. - Prepare and organise HR documents and letters. - Ensure HR records are complete and properly maintained. 2. Attendance & Leave Administration - Assist in checking employee attendance records. - Support leave administration and documentation. - Follow up with employees on missing or incomplete supporting documents. - Assist with attendance-related reports. 3. Recruitment Support - Coordinate interview schedules. - Assist with recruitment documentation and candidate follow-ups. - Support pre-employment and onboarding documentation. 4. Onboarding & Offboarding - Assist with preparing onboarding documents. - Support new employee documentation and HRIS updates. - Assist with exit and clearance documentation. 5. Employee Support - Assist the HR team in responding to general employee queries. - Follow up on outstanding HR requests. - Escalate employee matters to the appropriate HR team member when required. - Maintain confidentiality of employee information. 6. General HR Support - Provide administrative support to the HR team. - Assist with HR projects, virtual engagement activities, and internal communications. - Support audits and documentation exercises. - Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager. Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Basic understanding of HR processes. - Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage. - Good written and spoken English. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Own laptop and stable internet connection.
