Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and support customers using our health services platform. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and communicating with customers. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience. Requirements - 0–2 years of experience in customer service, support, administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-focused and patient approach. - Good problem-solving and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks. - Comfortable working with computers and common business software. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Good English communication skills.
