You will shape regional sales strategy, strengthen execution, and create a high-performance culture built around accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Through coaching, data-driven decision-making, and strategic pipeline management, you will help your team consistently achieve ambitious sales targets. Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, you will turn market insights into effective go-to-market strategies.
