Senior AI Engineer (GenAI & Agentic Systems)

Your Responsibilities - Design and develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG assistants and AI agents. - Build and deploy LLM solutions into production. - Implement LLMOps, CI/CD, monitoring and evaluation frameworks. - Apply AI security, guardrails and responsible AI practices. - Collaborate with business, IT, Risk and AI Governance teams. - Promote AI engineering best practices and reusable architectures. Your Profile - Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or Engineering. - 5+ years of experience in software, data or ML engineering, including 2+ years delivering GenAI/LLM solutions to production. - Strong Python skills and experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or Hugging Face. - Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases and agent orchestration. - Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI. - Knowledge of LLMOps, GDPR and the EU AI Act is a plus. - Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
