The role leads integration strategy for centralized exchanges and self-custodial Web3 wallets. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Own execution for the Core team, unblock engineers, and fix broken processes. - Expand coverage by integrating crypto exchanges and standardizing self-custodial wallet connections. - Partner with the Head of Core and senior engineers so routing stays scalable and secure. Write clear specs and map edge cases. - Automate workflows with AI and modern tools to focus on high-impact problems. - Work with Engineering and Business Development to prioritize integrations and meet enterprise SLAs. 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 3+ years building and shipping hard things. Technical PM experience is preferred but not required. - Rapid learner who can explain APIs, ledgers, and financial routing simply. - Strong ownership and drive, without waiting to be told what to do. - Comfortable with technical docs, API payloads, and architectural tradeoffs. Code is not required; system design is. - Web3 experience is preferred.
