Solutions Architect – Own the AI Transformation - Lead architecture across a major technology transformation - Shape Generative & Agentic AI strategy and implementation - Client-side role with real influence across the organisation Join a leading Irish professional body and take ownership of a major technology transformation, replacing legacy systems and introducing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and AI across the organisation. This is not a standard Solutions Architect role. Agentic AI is central to the position, with Phase 1 complete and the next stage moving into design. You’ll own architectural direction across business and technology teams, vendors and delivery partners, translating complex solutions for senior stakeholders and challenging designs that don’t fit the organisation. If you want genuine ownership of architecture decisions that shape an organization's future, rather than delivering someone else’s blueprint, this is a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact. You will: - Lead solution architecture across major transformation initiatives - Shape the practical application of Generative & Agentic AI - Drive Dynamics 365, Azure integration and enterprise architecture decisions - Work across internal stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams Skills / Experience: - Strong Solution Architecture and enterprise integration experience - Proven Generative / Agentic AI transformation experience - Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure integration expertise - Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns - Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Salary / Remuneration: Up to €115,000 + benefits.
