About the role: We’re looking for a strategic technology leader who can connect enterprise architecture with real-world execution. This is not a purely theoretical architecture role. You will have real ownership and governance authority across four key areas: • Enterprise Architecture – shape the technology vision, Target State roadmap, application landscape, architecture standards and technical debt strategy • Technology Governance – own and prioritize the Technology Backlog, balancing business needs, modernization and platform evolution • Engineering Leadership – lead cross-functional technical capabilities across Salesforce, .NET, Power Platform and Integration, while driving engineering and DevSecOps standards • Delivery Quality – ensure architecture compliance, define non-functional standards and introduce measurable engineering KPIs You’ll work closely with the CIO, CISO, IT Operations and business stakeholders, helping make technology decisions that are scalable, secure and pragmatic. What We're Looking For: We're looking for a strategic technology leader who has deep architecture expertise, hands-on delivery experience and strong leadership skills.
