This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Dados Pleno – CRM PME based in Brazil. In this role, you will strengthen the analytical capabilities of CRM by transforming customer data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes. You will help optimize customer journeys, improve segmentation, and personalize communications for small and medium-sized business (SME) customers. Working closely with CRM, Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, Analytics, and Technology teams, you will support data-driven strategies across the customer lifecycle. Your analyses will contribute to customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and revenue growth. You will monitor campaign performance, identify behavioral patterns, and uncover opportunities to improve conversion, customer lifetime value, and product adoption. By combining technical expertise with business acumen, you will help develop smarter campaigns, more effective customer experiences, and a stronger data-driven CRM culture.
