Senior End User Computing Engineer

TCCA is seeking an experienced Senior End User Computing Engineer to provide remote technical support in a fast-paced, client-focused IT environment. This role supports end users across Windows and macOS, manages cloud-based devices and applications, and troubleshoots technical issues while delivering an excellent user experience. What You'll Do - Provide remote support for Windows and macOS end users - Manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Addigy MDM - Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace - Troubleshoot hardware, software, cloud, and basic networking issues - Manage and resolve tickets within established support workflows - Support device provisioning and mass deployments - Use PowerShell or Bash for scripting and automation - Apply cybersecurity best practices across end-user environments What We're Looking For - 2+ years of directly relevant experience or 5+ years in a similar IT role - Strong experience supporting both Windows and macOS - Experience with Intune and Addigy MDM - Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration experience - MSP or IT consulting experience - Experience working directly with end users - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills - Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable managing your own workload Originally posted on Himalayas
