Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Systems

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Systems based in United States. This role is responsible for owning and evolving the systems that power the full prospective-student journey, from initial engagement through admissions, enrollment, and campus handoff. You will take ownership of a growing HubSpot environment and its surrounding integrations, bringing greater structure, reliability, and scalability to the revenue ecosystem. As the first dedicated Revenue Operations leader in the organization, you will have significant autonomy to identify issues, design solutions, implement improvements, and measure their impact. You will work closely with Marketing, Admissions, Enrollment, campus operations, and leadership to improve processes and eliminate friction. The role combines hands-on systems ownership with analytical problem-solving, process optimization, and strategic reporting. It is an opportunity to build the foundation for a scalable revenue operation within a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
