Sr. Lead Product Owner

Our partner is looking for a Sr. Lead Product Owner based in Canada (Remote – Montreal or Quebec City area). The Sr. Lead Product Owner will lead the strategy, development, launch, and growth of a portfolio of services designed to help automotive dealerships improve customer engagement, increase sales, and strengthen retention. This role combines deep automotive retail expertise with product ownership, commercial strategy, and service optimization. You will drive adoption of existing services across Canada while identifying opportunities to introduce new offerings that deliver measurable value to dealerships. Working closely with sales, marketing, engineering, AI, data science, and service delivery teams, you will translate real dealership needs into effective solutions. You will also help shape the use of AI and automation to improve customer journeys, operational efficiency, and business performance.
